Accurate but unreliable

My experience with all the Winchester .22 ammo over the years has been that it's accurate, but the primers are not terribly sensitive...I would say that on average 1 in 50 fails to fire altogether and 2 or 3 in 50 only fire on the second try (especially hates S&W revolvers and my CZ 75 Kadet). That said, I've probably shot 10 or more bricks of it over the last 20 years, on account of its easy availability and low price.

The dud rate in my Hammerli 208s was 1%; marginal for using in Bullseye competition. Still it was much better than the Remington SV which had a dud rate of 8%.

Great for somewhat "quiet" shooting. Accurate, reliable and affordable.
