These are the best feeders that you'LL get for the price however the one I purchased didn't always go off at the right time. It threw the corn very well but when the sun came up it might go off or it might not. It's best if you clean the eye with a lens cloth every time you fill it up. Then it is more likely to go off when you set it. This is the only trouble with this that I have found.
