Installed on the wasr as easily as the original was removed. Observed improved accuracy & was pleasantly surprised w/ a large reduction in muzzle climb.

Muzzle break threaded on my Romy with no problems. Same issue as others wrote about unit doesn't tighten up securely. I chucked it in my lathe and turned a few thousandths off the backside,unit turned down tight and locking button popped in place,issue resolved. Looks great and works like a champ.

I've had this unit on my full-auto Maadi for years. Firing semi-auto it does slightly help control recoil and muzzle rise. In full-auto it works amazingly better, I watched video of people shooting my Maadi and it looks to literally force the muzzle down after the shot is fired! It is definately worth it for a full-auto!

Nice little brake; adds a little length to the barrel. Works well as a suppressor. As VA AK said it doesn't tighten up quite as well as I would like, BUT, ONE drop of blue locktite tightens everything up real well. It won't come off.

I just wanted to confirm what other people have said about the Muzzle Brake on a Romanian WSAR-10. It easily installs depress pin under the sight and screw on. It looks aesthetically great and works even better. I am happy with my purchase. However, the only reason I didn't give it a full five bullets is because I would like it to be a screw down a little tighter, but in no way does it feel like it is going to fall off or cheap. I definitely would recommend this to someone. It's a great buy.

In all, I would say this is a good muzzle brake. It doesn't dramaticlly reduce recoil but it does a decent job at taming the recoil for faster follow up shots. Better to have a muzzle brake than not have one at all. Honestly, i purchesed this muzzle brake for its looks rather than functionality. It will definitely make your Ak-47 look more like an Ak-74, Ak-103 or simply look more modern. This muzzle brake is very solid and heavy, two qualities i like.

noticable decrease in muzzle clime and felt recoil. totally worth it. if you have a screw on slash cut compensator try this now. there is some dust to the sides in the prone.

Depress the locator latch under the sight on a wasr10. Unscrew the thread protector, screw this into place make sure the locator latch engages. Presto! Looks good works great.

It really does what it says, semi auto was fun, FULL AUTO was even better! I went through so much ammo it wasent funny. Muzzle climb and or flip was hardly there. Control is the name of the game people, well this will DO!! It says AK-74, dont bother with that,It will fit the 14 thread count on the AK-47 with no problum. And it makes my w.a.s.r.10 look like it wants to kick some searous ASS!!! I can not find any down side to it. If it (the muzzle brake) moves or wiggles in any way then use a one tenthousandth of an inch COPPER CRUSH WASHER on it. Make sure the washer is small enough in dia. so it wont interfear with the locking tab I painted mine a flat no gloss black, useing high heat paint. (it came a weard looking greenish black or some thing like that) It cured (OR baked )it self at the range. With the CTD products on my ak-47, folding stock, extra mags, duel mag clamps, rubber butt pad, an ak muzzle brake, a new sling and cleaning kit, and all the ammo you can buy and SHOOT!! What you can not see in the ad, is four(4) small holes on the face. They are at a slight angle, maybe at 10' , two inline, slightly bigger holes on the top. All these holes are what makes this a REAL GOOD weapon control system. I do recomend this muzzle brake for the wild AK-47. Randy K.

Did not fit my stamped Norinco Mak-90. Threading on brake was too small for barrel. Very disappointed....

I've always used muzzle breaks on my rifles and when I got my Romanian AK there was no exception. I did some research and found this model to have high marks in reviews I've been reading about AK accessories. It is definitely worth the money and is as good in quality as a recent AR muzzle break I purcahsed for three times the cost. It works and is not just for looks. It reduces muzzle climb, which can be detrimental in shooting an AK at speed. There are upward ports that are difficult to see in the photos here. As well, the design spreads out the energy on each side and eases left to right sway, keeping a tight grouping compared to stock equipment. And, yes, it looks cool and it is easy to install.

Fits my Romanian AK-47. Its bigger than what it seems and looks a little bulky. Other than that it's sweet!!!

I've used the AK-74 Muzzle Brake for years on my AK. The AK 74 style of Muzzle Brake noticeably reduces muzzle climb and recoil so you can keep on target while rapid firing. I definitely recommend this for all AK owners. It also make your AK look cooler! Mike
