| They aren't the same as they used to be. The old ones were made in USA. The new ones come from China. The lifetime guarantee is on the bottle, not the stopper or cup...they don't even guaranty the availability of replacement stoppers for purchase. |

| I've had six thermoses in 29 years. the first 2 lasted about 10 years. But they got rusty and dinged up and the steal seperated from the cups and handles broke. I could live with it, because they still kepted the coffee hot and they didn't leak. So then the company started to make changes in the cups and stoppers design. But not for the better. Now the cups won't fit on the top, and the stoppers leak all over. ????????????? I could send away for a new stopper for $7 plus shipping, but it will be leaking in a month or so.?????? Or maybe I'll just give another company my buisness.. |

| Recieved one like this for Christmas to replace my 14 year old stanley thermos, The old one would keep coffee hot for a long time but the new one wont keep coffee hot for a hour and a half.save yourself some grief, keep your old thermos and stay away from this item. |

| they say this thermos will keep things hot all day. well if all day is one and a half hours then maybe it will, i worte to the company and asked them if maybe the thermos i got was defective and they never responded well i geuss it's not. it's just a piece of junk and they false advertise. i was trying to give them the benifit of the doubt and thought maybe i had recieved a defective product but when i recived no responce from the manufacturer well that pretty much say's it all. i would not waste my money on this product i have purchased a much cheaper thermos and it does keep my coffee hot all day long. shop around!!! |
