These mags suck!

I bought two of these and each one holds nine rounds. I guess I should have just bought ten round mags, at least I would have got what I paid for. Thanks for nothing.

I must have received the bottom of the barrel. Did not realize I was buying used. Delivered with surface rust and several spots that were pitting. All the markings of some use but I have others that have used for years that do not look as bad. Have not tested function. Do not appreciate no notice as to new or used.

I got a lemon

I got two bad ones. Every couple of shots the round would not even budge into the chamber until I tilted the magazine base forward, then it would chamber. Measuring from the bottom of the locking bumps to the top of the feed lips at the rear of the magazine the distance was 1.46 inches. The correct distance should be no less that 1.5 inches. What stinks is I did not shoot them for over one year from the purchase and therefore cannot return this worthless piece of tin. This one only says, "Made In U.S.A." on the back side.

Bargain - I want more.

Excellent condition - new. Thinner material than my old 30 rounder, but sturdy. The feed lips needed tweaking (about a 30 second job), but that's to be expected. I will put a few hundred rounds through it before I rely on it for more than target practice, but I have high hopes for this little bargain. And I will be getting more.

great for my inland.

Range use only

These are fine mags for the range, but i would not stake my life on them as they are too thin as to be almost fragile. Had one go down on me during a class due to damage done while it was in a pouch, guess i slammed it against something.

thin but good construction

well made but a bit thin metal may limit the lifespan of the mag. floorplate are needed work, the side brackets were bent and the floorplate would dive into the body at the rear. no affect on function, just looked bad. It has thin feed lips but they're well aligned and they seem to function fine for now. I would recommend this magazine with the caveat that it may not last the lifetime of the gun.

WOW! Great mags!

After reading previous reviews, I ordered three of these mags. Went to the range and all three are 100% reliable. The metal of the mag body is a little thinner than a USGI 30 rd carbine mag, and they may not hold up under combat conditions; but for those of us who are just looking for a reliable mag for the range or for plinking (probably most people) you just can't beat this deal! Thanks CTD for having good quality at a good price!

I was shocked at how good this mag what's. When I ordered it I didn't know what to expect being that is was so cheat but when it got here I was very very happy with its quality. So two days after I got it I went out to the range and was shocked again when I had no jams after firing over 200 rounds of mixed ammo. I highly recommend this mag to any one looking for a quality mag for there M1. There is no doubt that I will be buying another on of these.

Not bad at all
