Smith & Wesson revolvers made with factory-installed rubber grips typically have a mounting screw & stirrup in the butt (Hogue Monogrip mount). This stirrup will need to be removed before Lasergrips can be mounted. Be sure to leave the pin holding the stirrup in place, as it holds the Lasergrips. If you need a replacement pin, contact Smith & Wesson customer service or your local gun dealer.
