At first it was a pain in the behind to get the screws to screw properly, but once I figured everything out it went smooth and fits great on my Maverick 88. I'ts like it was made for this rifle! Doesn't move and fits snug. I love it. I haven't shot it yet so hopefully it doesn't move around under pressure. I don't think it will based on its fit now. I would have gave 5 stars but installation can be tricky. WATCH YOUR BARREL FOR SCRATCHES!

i cant figure a way to keep this thing from sliding around to save my life even threw on a barrel clamp and it does not work
