This U.S. made magazine holds 30 rounds of 7.62x39mm ammo. Along with a rugged exterior, the mag also features a heavy duty mag spring and anti-tilt follower. It is available in Black, Dark Earth, and Olive Drab. This mag also counts as three (3) Sec. 922r compliant parts (when inserted in your rifle). I have an Arsenal SGL-21 (Saiga converted to AK-47 specs) and these fit and perform perfectly in the rifle. I bought these last year when I purchased my rifle, since it only came with a five round magazine. They are well constructed, very tough little magazines. However, unlike some folks, I do test stuff out and dropped from mid chest to waist high. The rounds do come flying out. The factory Arsenal magazine I bought and a circle 10 magazine I bought at a show do not do this. That is the only reason it did not get 5 bullets in my PERSONAL opinion. Other than that, it's a great product with a lifetime warranty. What more could you ask for.

Just received my order of two of these mags, and after filing the mag release a touch (I have a converted Saiga) and filing just a bit off the catch on the mag itself, they fit snug as a bug. Now, if they perform as well as they fit, I'll be a happy camper and will be back to order more (the price is just way too good).

Ordered five of them and went to the range. They are well constructed, good fit. The only thing when I compare the Tapco mag to factory, is that the factory mag fits perfectly and does not move a bit. This Tapco mag fits well and moves left and right a bit, but will not affect shooting.

When I bought my AK, it came with two Tapco mags that work great, so when I saw these for this price, I jumped on the deal. I spent 1/2 hr playing with them and neither would lock in place, due to being too big. I believe they were not tooled out correctly. My reason for buying was price/reviews which seemed to be mostly positive. Buy with caution. It's a gamble.
