BLACKHAWK! Low Profile Rail Cover (18 Slot) offers complete rail protection and minimal weight. Each cover offers enough length for 18 rail slots but can easily be cut to size for custom fitting. Constructed of Santoprene for low profile, rubbery grip surface, the 18 Slot cover fits most Picatinny spec rails and clips onto the rail without having to remove other attachments. The ladder style cover offers very a very low profile while shielding the operator from sharp rail edges and protecting the unused rail areas from damage.

Feels great and goes on/off the rail easily. Was long enough to trim and make 2 covers. One for when my light is attached and one for the length of the rail when the light isn't mounted. Great deal CTD.

My wife was bothered by the sharp edges on the rails of my AR, but these fixed the issue. They are easy to install, do not increase the size of the rails, and cover the sharp edges. If you have parts of your rails catching you sometimes, then here's the cure.
