| I am really impressed with the Silencio Falcon. I looked at several more expensive sets before purchasing mine. At about half the price of the Peltor 7S, I pocketed enough cash to buy another case of ammo. Each earcup has its own battery, electronics, and volume control. Essentially eliminating the wire that runs from ear to ear on many sets. I've seen many shooters with their muffs on a belt hook snag the wire rendering the electronics useless. These muffs are truly stereo. I can easily tell where the RSO is when he/she is barking out commands. My only complaint is when brand new they fit a little tight on my big head. With regular use they are fitting better. |

| I was quite disapointed by these Falcon earmuffs. Not only the electronics doesn't cut the gunfire sound, it amplifies it! I turned the electronics OFF immediately, and even then the protection was too weak. I'm returning them to get the Peltor 7S. |

| I have used these allot because I am a Range Safty Officer and volunteer my time each month plus I also shoot many days both pistol andd shotgun trap and they protect my ears flawlessly while still allowing normal conversation to be heard. These perform as well as ones costing two to three times as much that my friends use. The Falcon Earmuffs are a low profile ear protection and work most effectively with my shotgun when shooting trap. I highly recommend these to anyone that will appreciate a great value. My only regret is that I did not buy them months ago but procrastinated instead. |
